Welcome to Shine Car Wash Cafe. By requesting or paying for any of our services—such as washes, detailing, or membership plans—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Packages

We offer a variety of car wash and detailing packages as listed on our website and facility. Only services included in your selected package are provided unless you explicitly request and pay for extras.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove all personal items (e.g. wallets, phones, jewelry) before service. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
  • Clients must remove child or booster seats; these will not be moved or cleaned by our staff.
  • Clear storage compartments to ensure full cleaning access.

3. Vehicle Condition & Surcharges

  • Vehicles with extreme dirt, pet hair, bodily fluids, or hazardous materials may incur a surcharge (minimum 25%) or additional fees.
  • We strive to remove stains and odors, but cannot guarantee full removal, especially on aged or delicate surfaces.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or stains that become visible after cleaning.

4. Cleaning Risks & Limitations

  • Some items—such as textured trim, printed dashboard buttons, brake dust, bird droppings, tar, and sap—may not be fully restorable. We’re not liable for discoloration or residual marks.
  • For engine bay cleaning and sunroof/moonroof services (performed only on request), we disclaim liability for mechanical or electrical malfunctions that may result.

5. Unlimited Wash Club Membership

  • Memberships are monthly, auto-renewing, and provide access to unlimited standard 4-minute washes.
  • Cancel anytime—just contact us prior to your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable for past billing periods.

6. Payment & Pricing

  • Services are payable via card or cash at time of service.
  • Prices and service offerings are subject to change with notice.

7. Liability & Claims

  • To protect your safety, please wait in designated lounge areas during service. Avoid entering work zones.
  • If damage occurs while your vehicle is on-site, notify us before you remove the vehicle. We will assess and respond within 14 calendar days.
  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Refunds & Rain Checks

  • All sales are final. However, we offer a 48-hour rain check: bring your valid receipt and we will wash the exterior at no additional cost if weather interferes with service.
  • Inspect your vehicle before you leave—this is your opportunity to address any concerns.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes your acceptance of such changes. The most up‑to‑date version is available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
